I saw one of Rob’s Fliers downtown and gave him a call. We setup a time to get together at his place. I brought by 3 older Macs to see if Rob could retrieve any data off of them as none of them were in the best shape. Only one was in working order and just barely at that. Lucky for me I did contact him. He was able to gather up all my personal files in a really short time span. I was leaving the next day for Idaho. Rob got me a cool little external hard drive, copied the data and sent it out to me. For cheap! That’s service. I’d like to say as far as customer service goes Rob knows what he’s doing. He was friendly, polite and everything you’d be looking for in a computer guy. I had a great experience. Period. Give him a call.

I’m a graphic designer and need my computer and internet service as it’s how I make my living. I was looking for help setting up my new wireless router. I found Rob’s ad on craigslist and sent him an email. He got in touch with me quickly and we scheduled an appointment. He came to my home and set it up. Rob was professional, courteous and meticulous in making sure everything was right. After protecting my network with a password Rob and I did some testing together to make sure I had wireless connectivity all around my home and property. It was a very good experience calling Rob, his rates were very fair and I’d recommend him to anyone needing fast professional computer service.

I had spyware taking over my laptop, all these crazy pop-ups were coming up in windows and when I tried to go online. I called Rob and made an appointment to stop by. I dropped off my machine the following afternoon. I had it back in a few hours and I’m up and running. Rob was coming by New Haven so he was able to save me a trip and brought it to me. He also sped my machine up and gave me some great tips on how to avoid these problems in the future. The price was more then worth it. Thanks for the help Rob. I will definitely call him in the future and recommend to family and friends.

Having a great summer…

As you probably know since you’re here, I’m Rob and I repair computers in New Haven. My phone number is 203-933-4545. Business is very good. This week I fixed Noah’s router in New Haven, he’s an attorney. I visited with Henry also in New Haven, we optimized his machine for performance it’s much faster now. I consulted with Sarah about here website we’ll get together next week and come up with the right plan for her needs.
